Anne E. Hunter
Anne was born and raised in Manatee County by Florida native parents. She is a graduate of Southeast High School but attended Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. Anne and her high school sweetheart, Josh, returned together to Bradenton after college so they could marry, start a family, and Anne could continue her education.
After graduating from Stetson Law School in 2004, Anne began her service to the Bradenton community as an attorney with the the Office of the Public Defender of the 12th Judicial Circuit, primarily in the Manatee County office, from 2005 until September of 2025.
Anne’s connection to the community of government employees is what makes her firm unique. Anne is the daughter of an elementary school librarian and she is married to a teacher. Having lived the life of a government servant, Anne understands more intimately the concerns those who have dedicated their lives to the service of others have about finances and time and her firm is committed to continuing to serve that community.
